TRANSLINK 555

TRANSLINK 555 is an ultra-fine particle calcined kaolin product featuring very high brightness. It has undergone a controlled heat treatment process for hydroxyl group removal and brightness improvement. TRANSLINK 555 is highly pulverized for better dispersion and surface treated with an amino functional additive. As an engineered product, TRANSLINK 555 acts as a higher performance reinforcing extender compared to other standard products. Its low residue and finer particle size provides excellent impact strength to advanced composite materials. TRANSLINK 555 reduces water absorption, increases tensile and flexural strength, allows higher heat deformation temperatures and improves dimensional stability to a greater degree. Ideal for applications requiring enhanced mechanical properties, chemical resistance and thermal stability.
