ROCOAT RIBOFLAVIN 33 1/3% is a free-flowing powder that consists of riboflavin finely dispersed in a matrix of mono- and diglycerides of edible fatty acids, and of starch. The matrix masks the characteristic taste and odor of the riboflavin without affecting its biological availability. ROCOAT RIBOFLAVIN 33 1/3% is stable to air and humidity, but is somewhat sensitive to light and heat. It can be stored for 36 months if unopened and below 25°C.
