DAIRYLAND CUC series is a kosher and halal certified BULK-SET Frozen (BSF) non concentrated dairy starter bacteria. Recommended in a wide variety of applications e.g.: Single strains of lactic acid bacteria cultures for bulk starter inoculation in the production of Cheddar, Colby, Cottage, Blue, and other low fermentation temperature cheese applications. No liability accepted in case of undue application. Appearance: Frozen liquid culture in aluminum cans.
