Ceska®-Star Z944 is a deep-frozen pelleted concentrated culture containing Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis / cremoris, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis and Leuconostoc spec. in combination with Streptococcus thermophilus. Culture is meant to be direct inoculation in the production of fresh cheese and fresh fermented products.
