PETROSORB BX-PLUS is a very high activity, pelletised activated carbon developed for efficient recovery of petroleum vapours from vacuum displaced headspace gas on terminals, filling stations and tank farms. PETROSORB BX-PLUS has a porous structure that has a high capacity for C, to C, hydrocarbons, yet maintains low retentivity under vacuum, thereby optimising each working cycle. The unique extrusion process generates a material with excellent durability, capable of running many hundreds of cycles without physical degradation.
