MATTEX

MATTEX is a fine particle-size grade of calcined aluminium silicate featuring high brightness. It has undergone a controlled heat treatment process to remove crystalline-bound hydroxyl groups and improve brightness. Highly pulverized for better dispersion, MATTEX is a structured calcined material which allows for optimization of low sheen and high opacity. MATTEX provides excellent touch-up properties along with high scrub resistance. It requires little or no flatting agents to achieve low sheen in flat paints, giving a superior finish. Ideal for use where a durable low-sheen finish is required, MATTEX delivers long-lasting, even coverage and hides imperfections well.
