ASP 170

ASP 170 is a highly pulverized powder aluminum silicate product manufactured using BASF's Ultra-flotation process to provide a very fine particle size grade. ASP 170 features premium brightness and has been specially modified with dispersants for ease of dispersion. It provides a high degree of TiO2 extension and colored pigment extension. ASP 170's fine particle size and low residue help provide excellent dispersion and physical properties in a wide variety of polymeric systems used in advanced material applications. ASP 170 is a versatile product that can be used in gloss and semi-gloss coatings providing optimal optical properties for materials requiring high performance. Its neutral pH will have minimal effect on cure rates when compounded into advanced material systems.
