WACKER FLUID EMULSION E 110 is a nonionic macro emulsion of a nonreactive polydimethylsiloxane. It is used as a sewing thread lubricant for polyester yarns used on high-speed sewing machines in order to reduce the friction of fibers. WACKER FLUID EMULSION E 110 can be applied either alone or together with resins and other finishing agents. Higher crease recovery angles and lower abrasion values can be obtained in resin finishes by using WACKER FLUID EMULSION E 110. It provides benefits like reduced friction and wear in applications involving moving parts.
