SILRES BS 1803

SILRES®BS 1803 is a solvent-free emulsion based on organo-modified silanes and siloxanes. Properties SILRES®BS 1803 can be used as water repelling admixture for semi-dry concrete and other non-load-bearing cement based building materials (e.g. paving stones, concrete blocks) • greatly reduces water absorption • very good water beading • protection against de-icing salts • efflorescence reduction • water vapor permeable Applications • Concrete Admixtures The recommended admixture range is 0.1 % to 1.0 % of the cement content. A significant reduction in water uptake can be achieved at a concentration of 0.2 %.
