RICE QUAT NPNF has a Gardner color of 14.0 maximum and isoionic point of 9.0 minimum. It contains less than 100 CFU/mL of total aerobic bacteria and less than 100 CFU/mL of mold and yeast when packaged. RICE QUAT NPNF can be used as a conditioning agent to provide softness and manageability in hair care products.
