MICA F

MICA F is a muscovite-type mica from our own Austrian deposit. MICA F has a specific gravity of 2.85 and Moh's hardness of 2.5. It has a whiteness of 83% and humidity below 1% at 100°C. MICA F has an oil absorption of 24g/100g and specific surface area of 12 m^2/g with a loose bulk density of 440g/l. MICA F has a d98 particle size of 16.0um and a d50 of 4.2um providing uniform particle distribution essential for Advanced Materials applications. MICA F's high purity mica content and controlled particle size distribution make it well suited for use as a functional filler and reinforcement additive in Advanced Materials, helping to improve properties like strength, flexibility and durability.
