HDK N20 NUTRITION

HDK N20 NUTRITION is a synthetic, hydrophilic amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity with a BET surface area of 175-225 m2/g and tamped density of approximately 40 g/l. HDK N20 NUTRITION meets the specifications for E551 according to the regulation (EU) 231/2012 and for INS 551 according to the current FCC and JECFA monographs. As an anti-caking additive, HDK N20 NUTRITION improves the flow of powders and is a thickener for liquids in food applications. It provides benefits such as preventing clumping and caking of powders and improving the texture and consistency of liquids without altering the taste or nutritional value.
